Series #1: Introduction to Meditation & Practicing Mindfulness

  • 4 weeks (1-hour weekly virtual sessions)

  • June 2024 on Wednesdays at 5pm PT / 8pm ET

  • For those of us who haven’t meditated before and are interested in exploring what it’s like

  • And also for those of us who’ve dabbled in meditation and would like to reconnect to it in a community setting

Series #2: Heart-Connecting Meditation for Times of Transition and Challenge

  • 4 weeks (1-hour weekly virtual sessions)

  • August 2024 on Wednesdays at 5pm PT / 8pm ET

  • For those of us who want to explore meditation practices to help us with personal, interpersonal, and global challenges and transitions

  • This series is recommended for those who have at least some meditation experience (basically, it's not your first time). If meditation is new for you but you still want to join, let me know!

These will be free and taught virtually for anyone interested in joining one or both series, and I intend on keeping the groups intimate, on the smaller side.
